Terms of use

This website is informational. It describes an event we intend to run and lets you leave an email address so we can tell you when it is announced.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a ticket, an entry, or a contract. No tickets are on sale, no bookings can be made, and no payments are taken through this website. Joining the interest list does not reserve you a place, give you priority, or entitle you to enter.

The figure of $10,000 shown on this site is a maximum advertised prize. It is payable only for a qualifying hole in one, achieved in accordance with competition rules that have not yet been published.

Full competition terms — including entry conditions, eligibility, the definition of a qualifying shot, verification and judging, how any prize is paid, and any conditions imposed by an insurer or prize underwriter — will be published before entries open. Those terms will govern the competition. Until they are published, no entitlement to any prize arises.

Event details, including the location, dates, format, pricing and prize structure, are not final and may change.

If you submit your email address, you consent to us contacting you about the launch of the event. We handle that address in accordance with our privacy policy. You may unsubscribe at any time.

You must submit only an address you own or are authorised to use. We may remove any address from the list at our discretion.

You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or its underlying data;
• submit false, automated or bulk sign-ups, or otherwise interfere with the sign-up form;
• disrupt or place an unreasonable load on the site or its infrastructure.

All content on this site — including text, layout, graphics, the Harbour Shot name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by or licensed to Waterfront Golf Ventures Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time without notice.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that paragraph, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind; and
• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising out of your use of this site.

Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site, and the “last updated” date shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
